The Sales and Nutrition team here at Brown's Feeds is knowledgable, friendly, and experienced. Our team focuses on customer service and working with the producer to achieve the goals of each farm. We work hard every day to bring you the service you need.
Neil Kratzer
General Manager & VP Sales Manager

Neil was raised on a small dairy and large Christmas tree farm in Northampton County, PA. He is a graduate of Delaware Valley University with a degree in Dairy Science and minor in Business. Neil has a diverse knowledge of agriculture and is specifically strong in poultry and dairy feeds. He will be working with our Sales Team and nutritional staff with our grower/farmer customers and feed formulations for our feeds. His years of retail business ownership will provide a resource of experience for improving feed distribution to our retailers too. As the General Manager, Neil will use his business skills to implement strategy and procedures for a successful transition of the feed division to the 6th generation. Neil enjoys bike riding, auto racing and traveling when not at the feed mill.

Jake Westbrook
Feed Consultant Specialist - Northampton & Monroe County, PA and New Jersey

Jake was born and raised on a dairy farm in Sussex County New Jersey, where he was active in 4-H and showing cattle. He received his B.S. degree from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. After coming back to the farm, he ran his own 40 cow herd for about 6 years. He joined the Brown's staff in May 2010.
Courtney Smith
Poultry, Swine and Retail Specialist

Courtney grew up on her family's cow/calf and crop farm in Northampton County. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Animal Science. She has a background in processing and servicing poultry accounts.
