The Sales and Nutrition team here at Brown's Feeds is knowledgable, friendly, and experienced. Our team focuses on customer service and working with the producer to achieve the goals of each farm. We work hard every day to bring you the service you need.

Keith Wills

Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Keith joined us at the end of April and is a valued member of our leadership team.  Keith has years of experience in the poultry industry, understanding the role that feed can have on animal health, development and overall well-being.  Keith has 25+ years of experience managing sales, marketing and customer service.  Keith enjoys working closely with our employees as we work to develop new products and services designed to meet the ever changing needs of our dairy and poultry customers, and to expand our product lines to address the equine industry in order to serve stable owners located throughout our regional footprint.  Our number one goal has always been to produce top quality feeds and to provide the best possible customer service.  Keith's leadership will ensure that we stay focused on that goal.


Courtney Smith

Poultry & Swine Specialist

Courtney grew up on her family's cow/calf and crop farm in Northampton County.  She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Animal Science.  She has a background in processing and servicing poultry accounts.


Steve Shetterly

Feed Consultant Specialist - Perry, Cumberland, Schuylkill & Dauphin Counties, PA

Steve was raised on an Aryshire farm in Northern Dauphin county.  He earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Delaware Valley College in Dairy Science.  He was a herdsman on a 100 cow dairy and herd manager on a 450 cow dairy before coming to work for Brown's Feeds in 1999.


Jake Westbrook

Feed Consultant Specialist - Northampton & Monroe Counties, PA and New Jersey

Jake was born and raised on a dairy farm in Sussex County New Jersey, where he was active in 4-H and showing cattle.  He received his B.S. degree from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.  After coming back to the farm, he ran his own 40 cow herd for about 6 years.  He joined the Brown's staff in May 2010.


Evan Seaman

Feed Consultant Specialist - Lancaster and York Counties, PA

Evan grew up on a 100 acre family farm in Washington County, PA with strong ties to dairy, beef, hog, sheep and poultry industries.  He graduated from Delaware Valley University with a B.S. in Animal Science.  While attending Delaware Valley University he continued to work on his family's farm and USDA inspected beef processing facility.


Brandon Grumbine

Feed Consultant Specialist - Berks County, PA

Brandon is a  2015 graduate of Penn State University where he obtained his B.S. in Animal Science.  He grew up on a 120 cow dairy farm in Bethel, PA.  Brandon and his wife own some registered Holsteins that they enjoy taking to shows.
